The PUR glue coating and laminating line evenly applies glue to the substrate and then immediately laminates it with a cover film (such as PVC or PET), providing a durable, aesthetically pleasing surface protection layer.

The continuous notching-corner-trimming-punching-edge-folding line combines multiple processing steps on a single machine, improving efficiency and precision.

The online edge stripping machine automatically identifies, strips, and collects waste edge material, keeping the production line clean and eliminating the need for manual cleanup. It's a key component in ensuring efficient and continuous production.

Laminating Line: This line applies a highly transparent PE or PET protective film to the smooth surface (e.g., fluorocarbon coating or embossed surface) of the sheet material after final forming, effectively preventing scratches and contamination during transportation, storage, and installation.
